Collaboration Agreement

1. Services Provided by Photographer:

I, the Photographer, agree to provide the following services:

– Unlimited Shoots as required for the project.
– Delivery of over 30 Post Produced pictures.
– Video production when it is part of the agreed plan.
– Storage of the pictures in a secure and accessible location.
– Personalized advice on how to effectively utilize the provided content for your business.
– Timely delivery of content within 30 days.

2. Collaborator’s Obligations:

The Collaborator agrees to:

– Repost one piece of content on Instagram, tagging the Photographer in stories, once every week for a duration of one month.
– Create and share three posts or reels on Instagram in collaboration with the Photographer, using the ‘Invite collaborator’ feature.
– Provide reviews on three distinct platforms, reflecting the positive experience of collaborating with the Photographer.
– Offer references to three individuals or businesses with whom the Collaborator has a personal relationship.
– Utilize the pictures provided by the Photographer with appropriate credits always.

3. Duration of Agreement:

This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue until [End Date], unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement of both parties.

4. Intellectual Property:

The Photographer retains all rights to the photographs and videos produced. The Collaborator is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged during the collaboration as confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.

6. Termination:
